Change of Perspective ‒ Shaping the Future: An Event Series
The world is in a state of transformation: news of the struggle over the remaining non-renewable resources or the digitalization of our lives reaches us on a daily basis.
In the series Change of Perspective ‒ Shaping the Future, experts and the public join in discussion about aspects of sustainable development. The aim is to expose the relationships between our own actions and the developments taking place globally, inspire new ways of thinking and contribute to a fundamental change of culture and society.
In the third and fourth quarter, Change of Perspective will focus on the relationship between mobility and migration, address matters of urban development and social infrastructure, and explore the effects of digital technologies on our everyday lives.
At the turn of the year, a one-day event will round out the series with lectures and workshops, and serve as a review as well as a preview of our 2016 discussion series on sustainable development.

Gefördert wird die Veranstaltungsreihe „Blickwechsel – Zukunft gestalten“ von Engagement Global gGmbH – Service für Entwicklungsinitiativen. Die Organisation informiert und berät zu entwicklungspolitischem Engagement und finanziert über verschiedene Förderlinien auch Projekte von Nichtregierungsorganisationen (NROs) oder öffentlicher Einrichtungen, die einen entwicklungspolitischen Bezug haben. Auch Museen, die diese Voraussetzung erfüllen, können über das Förderprogramm Entwicklungspolitische Bildung, FEB, finanziell unterstützt werden.
