Exhibition and event program 2021 New exhibitions in the Museum Angewandte Kunst

The year 2021 once again holds a series of varied exhibition highlights in store at the Museum Angewandte Kunst: from Dieter Ram’s Looking Back and Ahead, to questions of the future, to Craft is Cactus, the new year offers a diverse exhibition programme.

The new exhibition year starts with Dieter Rams. Looking Back and Ahead and will address the question of how our world should be shaped in the future so that it can still survive. Shortly afterwards, the exhibition From Today’s Perspective. Discourses on the Future opens, a cooperation with the Hochschule für Gestaltung (HfG) Offenbach. The first half of the year will also see the fourth edition of the international triennial RAY Fotografieprojekte Frankfurt/RheinMain on the theme of IDEOLOGIES. The Museum Angewandte Kunst celebrates the opening of three more exhibitions in the second half of the year. In September, Artist Books, a Path of Success. Verlag der Buchhandlung Walther König and Craft is Cactus. The Museum´s Collection from 1945 to Today begins. The year concludes with the opening of 亞歐堂 meet asian art: Fragments. On the Incomplete in Far Eastern Art.
