This popular format combined an enjoyable dining experience with a consideration of the various aspects of eating and the importance attached to it.
Blending in different ingredients from our exhibitions, the culinary philosopher Leon Joskowitz and the chef Ronny Bolz offer up exquisite menus that relate to the following questions: What is life? What part does pleasure play in it? What and how do we eat? And what is taste? Over the course of twelve culinary-cum-philosophical evenings, we examine the quality and value of the food we eat.
