Safety and hygiene measures

The following Corona Pandemic guidelines will continue to apply at the Museum Angewandte Kunst in Frankfurt am Main from 2 April.

  • In order to protect our visitors, a mouth/nose mask (FFP2, KN95, N95 or surgical mask) must be worn before entering the museum for the entire duration of the visit. Children under the age of six are exempt from this requirement. We ask you to be considerate of each other to minimize the risk of infection.

Opening Hours Library

The library in the Museum Angewandte Kunst is offering restricted use by prior appointment by e-mail or telephone, subject to the applicable hygiene and distance regulations. The regular opening hours are cancelled

The ticket entitles the holder to access all exhibitions at the Museum Angewandte Kunst and the permanent exhibition at the Icon Museum Frankfurt on the selected day.

Tickets can be purchased online.

Free Admission
Admission is free for Museumsufer (MUF) card holders, children and young people under the age of 18, students of Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts, Städelschule and Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach.

Admission is free at every last saturday of a month.
