In its modern facilities, complete with a spacious terrace surrounded by the green of Metzlerpark, the “Emma Metzler” offers distinctive bistro cuisine both during and outside the museum opening hours.
The young head chef Anton de Bruyn and his team attach great importance to seasonal regional ingredients, certified organic quality, meat from animals raised in a natural environment, and close contact to their suppliers. A special highlight is the assortment of naturally produced organic European wines. Guest chefs will also demonstrate their talents at the “Emma Metzler”, and vintners will present their wines. Every afternoon, there are homemade cream puffs and a variety of freshly baked cakes on offer, along with coffee from Frankfurt’s Due Mani roasting house. The interior designed by Uwe Fischer has a capacity for eighty guests.
